Welcome to our Spectacular Sunset Beach House, your ideal Outer Banks escape located in beautiful Corolla. This spacious 2600 sq ft 3 story home comfortably sleeps up to 15 overnight guests and was thoughtfully designed to bring families, friends, and beach lovers together. Enjoy the convenience of a private garage plus driveway parking making arrivals and beach days a breeze. With a private pool deck, game room, multiple suites, and generous family amenities, it’s a perfect home base for an OBX adventure.

For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night.

Our property is expertly managed we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Game room with Smart TV & Nintendo Switch 2:
Enjoy a Nintendo Switch 2 loaded with Mario Kart, NBA 2K26, and Madden 26.
Please note: The console is locked into the base station for security purposes.
This means:

• It cannot be removed,
• Guests cannot insert their own games, and
• Only the pre-loaded games are available for use.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a $325 pet fee.
This covers extra hair cleanup. Please note: Additional $200 fee if waste (urine/feces) is found

• Guests must clean up after their dog
• Pets may not be left unattended (to prevent barking issues)
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool
• Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a dog

Pool:
Our private pool is seasonal, typically open from late March or early April through October, weather permitting. The exact opening and closing dates shift a little each year with the weather, so just send us a message and we'll happily confirm the dates for your stay. The pool is not heated, so it's at its loveliest through the warmer months. Outside the season it's winterized and covered — the hot tub is available year-round.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate at no additional charge, and we turn it on ahead of your arrival.

Important House Notes:

• No adhesives on walls
• No tape, hooks, stickers, or other materials that can cause damage.
• No glitter- glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can permanently affect surfaces.

Pests:

• Corolla has harmless Midges, which look similar to mosquitos but do not bite. They’re a protected species in Corolla and are attracted to light, so please keep doors closed and outdoor lights off when possible.
• Snakes from nearby marshes are occasionally spotted—if you see one, contact us immediately and we’ll arrange for removal.
• Bug spray is recommended for outdoor enjoyment.
