Bright Haus Lakeview: The View of the lake, ski area and mountain views are to die for! Step out on the two balconies for an unobstructed view of mountain peaks, mountain streams, Maggie Pond and ski area. The absolute best view in Breckenridge and every window or balcony has an amazing view! The Village at Breckenridge Bright Haus Lakeview is in town next to Historic Breckenridge and Peak 9 ski area, the Quicksilver Lift. If that isn't enough, the 4 outdoor hot tubs with waterfalls and indoor/outdoor pool overlook the ski area and Children's Ski School are icing on the cake. We have been premier hosts for years. We love hosting our guests. Our goal is to provide an awesome vacation by providing clean, updated and comfortable accommodations.

Parking is not included in the room rate. Many guests arrive by shuttle. Parking at The Village Breckenridge in the heated garage is limited. Please let us know how you will be arriving and if you need a parking permit in the heated garage under the condo complex and we can check for availability. Parking permit rate is $25-60/nt and limited to 1 vehicle per condo. Parking rates can change without notice.

The Heatlh Club, Pools and Hots Tubs close for annual maintenance the first or second week in May annually.

This is it! Clear communication. Check-in and access were easy. The unit was comfortable and spotless. Add that to a simply spectacular view of the river, mountains, and Maggie Pond, and you have the perfect place to stay. I'll be back!

This week

The Bright Haus Lakeview condo was a perfect home away from home for our travels to Breckenridge. As soon as we saw our room, our 7 year old declared it was a dream come true! He and his younger sister each picked their preferred bunk beds and got right to work personalizing their own nooks perfectly situated next to each bed. Bedtime books and water bottles fit beautifully, and each bunk had adjustable lights perfect for reading. Though we are a family of four, our room would have fit a third child (or adult) which can be a tough find! There was also a tv in the room and a private balcony with terrific views. Our travel companions were another couple with a baby. Their room was beautiful, too, with a fireplace, a bathroom right off their room, and a convenient pack and play ready for their use. The living room was spacious and comfortable with an enormous tv and beautiful fireplace below. The kitchen allowed us to make meals right there which saved us some money when we preferred to stay in. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and relaxing hot tubs. There were other amenities we did not get to try including a movie room and a gaming room. The location was fantastic - very accessible to many shops and restaurants. We could walk to the gondola for a day of fun on the mountain. Breckenridge is a beautiful place, and this well-appointed and very clean condo certainly added to our positive experience!

This was our first visit to Breckenridge and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The condo location was excellent - a super easy walk into town, easy access to many restaurants and things to do. We walked everywhere and barely needed the car. The condo is very well appointed. The kitchen had all of the primary pans and tools for cooking. It even included some children’s dishes which came in handy. There were a few items from past visitors - like cooking oils, wipes for the bathroom etc which we appreciate. The condo was very clean when we arrived; the parking instructions were excellent; everything worked well. We were left with plenty of towels, toilet tissue, etc. I would definitely stay at a Bright Haus property again!
