•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
