• Mid-Stay Clean: Please be aware a mid-stay cleaning is required every 14 days to maintain the quality and condition of the home. The mid-stay cleaning fee is the same amount as the standard cleaning fee charged at booking. Our team will coordinate a convenient time for this service with you during your stay!

• Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check-in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $3000 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

• Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.
