A private dock, heated pool, and waterfront views set the tone at this four-bedroom St. Petersburg home — a short drive or bike ride from Treasure Island's beaches, available for extended stays of 30 nights or more, sleeping up to 8 guests with a Sonos system carrying through every room and the outdoors alike.
A waterfront home built for settling in, not just passing through.
ARRIVAL & FIRST IMPRESSIONS
This two-story waterfront home opens into bright, open-concept living spaces with expansive windows framing the water beyond. Set just a short drive or bike ride from the beaches of Treasure Island, the home strikes a quiet balance between coastal seclusion and easy access to the city.
THE LIVING SPACES
The main living room is anchored by a 70" smart TV, an indoor fireplace, and a large plush sofa, with expansive windows keeping the waterfront views close even from inside. The open floor plan flows naturally into the kitchen and dining area.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked and built for serious cooking — high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, and a generous island with high seating. A Keurig coffee maker covers the mornings, and an outdoor kitchen with its own fridge and ice maker means refreshments never require a trip inside.
THE SUITES
The home offers four bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests.
Bedroom 1 (Lower Level): King bed, walk-in closet, cozy seating for two, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and tub
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Queen bed, vanity area, direct balcony access, private full bathroom
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Queen bed, direct balcony access
Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Queen bed, ceiling fan
The lower-level primary suite is a quiet anchor for the home — a walk-in closet and a private ensuite with both a walk-in shower and a soaking tub, set apart from the rest of the house.
YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS
The backyard centers around a private heated pool and hot tub, framed by a dock that puts the water directly at your doorstep. A Sonos sound system carries through both the indoor and outdoor spaces, and an outdoor TV, BBQ grill, and patio dining round out a setting built for long evenings by the water.
THE SURROUNDING AREA
St. Pete Beach and Fort De Soto Park are both close by for a true beach day, and the Dalí Museum offers a notable cultural stop for an extensive collection of Salvador Dalí's work. Sunken Gardens is a quieter outing for botanical wandering, and Central Avenue covers shops, galleries, and restaurants for an evening out. For dinner, Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille offers Caribbean-inspired fare with its own waterfront views, while Allelo and Bavaro's Pizza Napoletana & Pastaria round out a strong set of local dining options.
