The layout provides both privacy and space, making it well suited for extended stays. Bathrooms are prepared with premium toiletries and luxury hotel-style amenities. For entertainment and convenience, the residence includes LCD televisions, cable service, DVD players, and high-speed wireless internet.

• Parking is Valet at regular hotel valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets; only dogs permitted and subject to approval at a $400 fee plus an additional deposit.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
