  -The exterior property of this home is monitored by Ring Home Security.
• Esch's Chalet shares a driveway with our neighboring two-bedroom Oneida’s Chalet to the North. Both cottages have their own private areas, also separated by an 8ft. privacy fence between them. You will each have two private parking spots. On the South, it shares a small amount of yard along the creek with Leland's Cottage, both have their own private yards as well. Please be conscious & respectful of other guests & pets when outdoors.
• With the great central location by the beach, we are located on a main road. While we're separated by a tall 8ft. privacy fence & trees, at times there will be some traffic noise on the property, more during the busier summer months. Our property offers the only place in Traverse City that you will find nature in the city.
