Welcome to your new favorite place! This beautifully designed home is nestled in one of the best neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Located less than twenty minutes from Griffith Park, the Hollywood sign, Universal and Warner Bros studios, Downtown LA, and the Greek Theater, you will have an amazing variety of activities awaiting you.
Designed for groups and families, Villa Siena has everything you need for a memorable vacation.
Opposite the historic fireplace is a comfortable seating area with a cozy sofa, sofa chairs, a Smart TV, and a large bookcase. You and your guests will love it as the afternoon sun dances across the living room while you take a moment to relax and enjoy some time together.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, dual sinks, a kitchen island with high-top seating, and all the amenities you need to prepare a delightful meal in the comfort of your home. The French doors opening up to the backyard provide abundant natural light.
In addition to the breakfast nook in the kitchen, Villa Siena features an elegant dining room with a table that seats up to ten people.
There are three bedrooms located on the first floor. The first and second ones are both outfitted with queen-sized beds, luxurious linens, Smart TVs, desks and chairs, and a share a full jack & jill bathroom.
The master suite has patio access and overlooks the lovely private backyard. Outfitted with a king-size bed, plush linens and pillows, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and lots of closet space, it’s a little private sanctuary. The master bathroom fills with daylight while offering privacy & luxury with its soaking jet tub, rain shower, dual vanities, and elegant light fixtures.
The fourth bedroom is another private escape. It is located on the second floor and boasts a queen-size bed, luxury linens, and a private full bathroom with a tub and shower combo.
The splendid yard offers privacy with mature foliage and an oversize cabana living room, featuring a projector screen for outdoor movie nights! In this same space, you will find an outdoor shower, a powder room, and a wet bar. Fully equipped with a pool and an attached spa, beach chairs and lounge seating, a dining area, BBQ grill, and a fire pit, this backyard is the ideal spot to unwind and fully enjoy your vacation under the California sun!

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, toaster oven, and a toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery and tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are also provided for your cooking needs.
