This gorgeous, renovated Sparrow Pond Cottage (1005 Thrasher Ct) was remodeled by Royal Indigo Construction owner Bob Meister. A sunroom was added providing beautiful lagoon and ocean views. All new cabinets for the kitchen island, dining/ living room, bedrooms, bathrooms were provided by Signature kitchen of Charleston. The wooden floors are made of rare, locally sourced (from Kiawah Island), loblolly pine. In short, nothing has been spared to make this charming cottage a special home away from home!
With two king bedrooms and a queen room with ensuite baths, the home is the perfect spot for couples, golf groups, families, and girls' getaways!
Take a short seven minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand. Enjoy the neighborhood community pool (available seasonally, mid April to mid Oct typically) at the end of your day on the beach or at one of the many golf courses.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
