Daniel’s place is spacious, clean, and newly renovated. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with great highway access. Check-in was simple and effortless. The decor is quite charming, everything is new including the appliances, furniture, and the pool table. We loved the pool, pool table, and the TV’s that have Netflix and even a gaming console. Everything is very cute, the bunk bed room is quite cozy with comfortable beds, and the master is an oasis with a beautiful bathroom! The towels and linens seemed high end. There were tons of well thought out little touches that made our stay homey. The internet was fast and we appreciated the fenced off pool and grassy area for our pup, along with the well-stocked kitchen. The welcome book was very helpful with great places to eat at and helpful information with checking-out. Daniel was nice enough to give us a tour prior to booking, and was friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns that occurred. I will gladly rent from Daniel again if we need another rental in the area- he has another one that looks great as well!

Our family absolutely loved this place! It was so family friendly with the bunks and fenced pool. Everything was so clean and if we had any questions/concerns the owner was very responsive. Great quiet neighborhood and access to Val Vista Clubhouse was a plus as our kids loved playing in the beach area at the pool there. We would definitely book again!

My interactions and communication with the host manager Daniel were great! All correspondence was pleasant, professional, responsive, and respectful, and the host was very helpful and available! The home really stands out as one of a kind! Beautiful features on this home that stood out to me are the contrasting fresh paint colors against the dark roof tile tone, the kitchen island and built around bench, and all gorgeous light fixtures and furnishings. Listing description is very accurate. All appliances are brand new and all the furniture is brand new- nothing old or worn out here! It came equipped with everything needed. The pool is very pretty and inviting too! I like the backyard ambiance and lights that hang over the patio and other areas. The location is really ideal for access to anywhere in the greater Phoenix metro area. Most anywhere in the entire area is only 20-45 min away at most depending which side of the metro area needed access to. Close to all shopping and freeway access. Worth the money spent and I would have been willing to pay even more for this home! I Definitely want to come back to back to this home and I definitely will recommend this home!
