Welcome to Juniper Landing, a newly built and professionally decorated 2,070 sq. ft. townhome offering flexible living for up to 12 guests and well-deserved luxury.
This entire two-story townhome is yours to enjoy. The modern kitchen features high-end appliances, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. There is a large dining table to seat 8 -10 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island. The cozy great room provides an inviting space to gather at the end of the day. Relax around the large gas fire and take in the latests sports or share a movie. The home features four large bedrooms. The master is adjacent to the living room, and has a king bed, gas fire, smart TV and large ensuite with double vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub and large closet. Upstairs, there are two further king bedrooms and two more bathrooms, as well as a bunk room to sleep 4 and a den for additional sleeping space, movies and kid-friendly activities.
The townhome showcases a modern contemporary look with clean, classic lines and impressive finishes, including beautiful flooring, countertops, and unique details. Open living spaces are ample for gathering family and friends. A large outdoor patio and generous windows give it a wonderful light and open feel. An added bonus is the private two-car garage with storage.
You will thoroughly enjoy the guest-exclusive central courtyard area, which features a 25-yard heated outdoor saltwater pool with a heated patio, a hot tub, a fire pit, and a fitness center complete with a sauna and changing rooms.
The condo is nestled into the side of the Canyons Resort, overlooking the beautiful new golf course, ensuring a peaceful stay undisturbed by traffic or road noise. The neighboring Waldorf Astoria features one of Park City's nicest beauty spas with excellent services and dining options right on your doorstep.
The condo is a three-minute walk from the Waldorf Gondola, which takes you straight to the heart of the Canyons Ski Village. You can also use the free Canyons Connect Shuttle to navigate the base area. From the Canyons Village, you have easy access to ski school, rentals, and the vast ski area offered by Park City. To reach the heart of Park City's Old Town or Deer Valley Resort, a quick ride on the express bus line (running every 5-10 minutes) will get you there in just a few minutes, allowing you to enjoy the best that Park City has to offer.
Check-in is simple and easy with keyless entry—go straight to the unit upon arrival in Park City and relax immediately. I am flexible on timing whenever possible, depending on other bookings. I live locally in Park City and am always available to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you prefer privacy.
