This place is so amazing, I would give it 10 stars if I could. Clint and his team were super helpful after we were left stranded by another company. They accommodated us with a same day check-in that was the easiest process. The house is in a cute little neighborhood in Avondale; so many good restaurants nearby and super close to downtown. The interior and exterior are simply perfect. Everything was clean and smelled amazing; had all the utensils / toiletries you could possibly need. I cannot recommend this place enough; definitely a getaway!

This house is a great place to stay if you're visiting the Birmingham area! It's comfortable, has a very well stocked kitchen, great backyard with fire pit and it's about a mile from Dr Pepper Place, Big Spoon Creamery, Black Market Bar & Grill, Miracle Pizza Co and the Michelin suggested Automatic Seafood & Oysters. We had the best time resting and enjoying our stay at the house, exploring the good eats and then we hopped on 31 to head into Homewood the next day. Our host was extremely attentive & responsive before, during & after our stay.

Everything about this stay was easy. The house has been lovingly updated so it's pristine and feels like new construction. The bedrooms, living room and dining room are roomy and comfortable, clean and perfectly climate controlled (temps during our stay dropped from 70-degrees to 40-degrees overnight). We hosted family for breakfast and found the kitchen very well stocked with dishes and ceramic cookware; even a waffle iron - everything we needed and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and its back porch and yard. Despite the fact there are apartment buildings next door and across the street, the house feels private, and it's next door to two other cute homes. Avondale is a transitional area. There are beautiful, historic homes and great restaurants and bars, but also deteriorated, industrial areas. This house is conveniently located, though, near to the airport and to UAB and downtown. I would be very pleased to stay here again.
