*** SECURITY DEPOSIT *** THE SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD IS $1999 ($2499 for reservations exceeding 28-days) AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN/ARRIVAL AND RETURNED 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT TO ALLOW POST INSPECTION OF PROPERTY FOR CLEARANCE OF CONDITIONS (Does not apply to Airbnb reservations)***

Optional pool heating is available for a fee of $99 per night and must be reserved for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival to ensure the pool is heated for your stay.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines.

• 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

• No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in."

• For Kids: A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.

*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
