Up to 2 dogs are allowed. Crate as needed. Please pick up after your dog outside. Dog owners are asked to cover the furniture and bedding with provided blankets. An extra $100 cleaning fee is charged, if dog hair is found on couches, beds or the dog is not cleaned up after, inside or outside.
🚂 A Note on the Neighborhood
We are located in a quiet residential "No Horn" train zone. While the backyard does back up to tracks, there is a fence and trains do not blow whistles here.

The Iron Ore Retreat is a non-smoking residence which includes any kind of smoking (vaping, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.).
The entire home is private and you will be provided with a key code for entry the day before your check-in.
Just a few blocks from Lac La Belle Beach, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Boardwalk, and Saturday Morning Farmer's Market.
The home is in a neighborhood with neighbors nearby.
The backyard does back up to railroad tracks. However, the yard is fenced and our home is located in a “no horn” area so when trains do go by a whistle is not blown.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway
There is a pull-out sofa sleeper in the family room downstairs for additional sleeping space.
The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed.
The garage and basement are reserved for personal use and will not be available for use during your stay.
