Welcome to Sun Club Coachella!

Our home is ideal for groups and families who are looking for a vibrant stay in the desert. We offer a lush outdoor space, consisting of a large swimming pool and spa, several sun loungers, multiple fire pits, a putting green, with views of the mountains and desert sky. Outdoor dining space is equipped with a built-in BBQ island with sink and beverage fridge. We are conveniently located with in 7 minutes to the Empire Polo Grounds.

Sun Club Coachella is an experience the embraces the deserts best vacation home elements throughout the design and furnishings. Arrive, indulge and relax!

Bedrooms:
Note that this is a two story home with 5 bedrooms located on the second floor and 1 on the first floor.

The six bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests, all featuring King Beds, Smart TVs and central AC. You can see each associated by Airbnb layout in photos. (Also note, bedroom 6 can be converted into 2 twin beds upon request)

Primary Bedroom: King bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, separate extra large soaking tub and spacious walk in closet.(Second Floor)

There is dedicated space available for up to 4 cars total. Two vehicles can fit in garage and two in driveway. Garage is equipped with an EV (Rivian) Wall Charger. Street parking is permitted, note that this is a residential neighborhood and neighboring cars may be parked near the front of the home.

Chef's Kitchen & Dining:
There are several dining options with an outdoor kitchenette that includes a grill, mini fridge, outdoor TV and plenty of prep space. Inside, the large open-plan kitchen comes with an island and large breakfast bar – your resident chef's happy place. The island is equipped with counter seating for 4 along with a dining table that fits 6. The outdoor dining table seats 8 with multiple seating options near.

Our chef's kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen necessities. The following items accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, blenders, coffee grinder/french press, serving platters, cheese board, pots/pans, knives, strainer, Tupperware, cutting boards and more. We also provide a variety spice rack, salt and pepper.

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with premium Malin Goetz shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Whole home access with the exception of three storage supply closets.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

Sun Club Coachella is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home for your entire stay.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $100/night(2 night minimum). Please message us at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. Request will be sent via Airbnb resolution center for the even amount.
