Beach Haven, Condo 1004E, is professionally managed by Azure-Properties and located in the Sunbird Beach Resort. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. An on-site resort fee of $30 for a parking pass & $6 per armband is required by the resort upon arrival.
NOTE: Only one parking pass is allowed per condo, except during PCB Bike Weeks.

Stepping inside you'll find an open-concept living space bathed in natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open plan living/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy making memories with your family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living area, with granite countertops and an eat-in dining area. It's stocked with all the big & small appliances, utensils, and cookware you could need to prepare everything from appetizers to a full meal with ease. With 4 seats at the table, there's room for everyone! Set up a buffet of food on the bar & enjoy it at the dining table or take it out to your private balcony & and watch the dolphins play in the waves.

Tired after a long day of being on the beach? Head to the living room and plop down on the couch for a quick cat nap. You can also curl up in the cozy chair with your favorite book! Turn on your favorite show or movie on the smart TV, and chill out in the middle of the afternoon to escape the heat. The spacious living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 4. Free WiFi is available for your convenience.

Heading out to your private balcony you can relax at the table & chairs, enjoying the views or even to read your favorite book while enjoying some sun. Personally, we love heading out here early in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the bright emerald water before the day gets too hot. We can't think of anything more relaxing when it comes to starting a fun-filled and chilled-out vacation! It's also the perfect place to end the day enjoying the sunset with an evening cocktail while planning the next days activities.

After a day of playing in the waves and exploring the city, it might be time to hit the hay. The spacious master bedroom provides a peaceful sanctuary where you can relax & recharge for the next days adventures. The queen sized bed with comfortable linens, a TV to keep up with your favorite shows and plenty of storage make this the perfect place to relax before bed.

The bathroom is easily accessible from the Master and from the Living Room. With a tub/shower combo, vanity and fluffy white towels, it's the perfect place to wash away the sand & salt from the day.

Sunbird is a gated community with three pools, one is heated seasonally, There is also a tennis court, pickleball court, shuffleboard, on-site fitness center and charcoal barbecue grills for poolside cook-outs. Restaurants and attractions are located nearby. Just walk next door to World Famous Pineapple Willy's for barbecue ribs or seafood, and enjoy a delightful sunset dinner from his pier or make it a lunchtime treat!

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is right down the street, and you are just minutes away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. .
