Whether you're sipping your morning coffee watching the water or sharing drinks with friends as the sky turns orange, the outdoor space here is genuinely special. Bring your fishing poles — the lake has largemouth bass, catfish, bluegill, and perch waiting for you.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals and lazy morning breakfasts. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cookware, utensils, dishes, and a coffee maker with a selection of coffee and tea provided. No need to hit the grocery store before you settle in.

WORKSPACE

Dedicated desk and workspace with fast wireless WiFi — remote work friendly if you need to sneak in a few hours between lake sessions.

PARKING

Free parking on premises — no overnight street parking please.

LAKE PLYMOUTH

Plymouth Lake is a 39 acre lake with a maximum depth of 16 feet and 1.3 miles around the perimeter. Fish species include largemouth bass, catfish, bluegill, and perch. Kayaking and swimming are welcome — please refer to the flags at the retention pond and Gerson Beach for water quality. You may enjoy watercraft at any time, however swimming is discouraged when the flag is red due to potential health effects during algae bloom in early summer. Testing is done weekly, so we cannot guarantee water levels until the week of your stay. Refunds will not be provided if there is a lake closure during your stay as it is determined by the HOA for your health and safety.

We love pets and are happy to welcome your four-legged family members. Please reach out ahead of your stay with any questions about on-site amenities or anything specific you may need — we will do our best to accommodate.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

This is a private community lake — please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours start at 10pm. Unless arranged ahead of time, late checkout may incur additional fees.

All guests must complete a short pre-arrival check-in form before check-in details are provided. This is required for every reservation with no exceptions. The form verifies guest identity, confirms contact details, and includes agreement to the house rules.
