**This building will be undergoing construction that includes concrete and stucco repairs throughout the property, replacing balcony and breezeway waterproofing systems, applying new coatings and sealants, removing and replacing guardrails, and upgrading stairwells. Additional general improvements will also take place as needed.
Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Contractors will arrive each morning at 7:30 am to prepare, with crews starting work at 8:00 am. **
