About the property

Tahoe Mountain Aperture was completely renovated in 2022 to capture the raw beauty of nature and design in harmony. One of the best situated homes for stunning views of Palisades Tahoe and Olympic Valley, it will take your breath away.

The backyard connects to a private trailhead that offers hiking and mountain biking throughout squaw and alpine. Enjoy a Peloton ride and a hot tub with views. This home is truly a recreation and relaxation meca.

Public pickle ball courts, lacrosse field and playground for the squaw valley complex.

A security deposit will be taken in the form of a $1500 pre-authorized hold on your credit card. This is not a charge and the hold will be released within 3 days of your departure pending no damage. Any damage found will be itemized and disclosed before a charge is made.

Cancellations made within the cancellation period will be refunded minus a 3.9% payment processing fee.

Our group of 10 booked this Airbnb for a special trip and absolutely loved our stay here! The home is stunning and has everything you could ever need for a summer stay near Tahoe. We appreciated the big kitchen with all the utensils you could need to cook meals (and lots of pantry staples), the speaker system, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, the hot tub and deck, comfy beds and linens, and the abundance of fans during a warm weather spell. The surrounding area is gorgeous, and we took advantage of the hiking trail right up the road. This home truly had it all and more, and we felt so special staying here. It was impeccably clean and we would stay here every time I'm in the area if I could!

The house was spectacular! It has an exclusive high end feeling about it. Very clean, kitchen well equipped and the view from the main room of the house was magical. We enjoyed beautiful barbecued meals every night. Great experience for our group! Thank you!

This was a phenomenal stay for 10 adults, 5 couples - we spent two days on the slopes, and spent the rest of the time sledding in the backyard or sitting in the hot tub or enjoying the fire with a cup of hot cocoa. This place was a splurge for a 30th birthday, and it really delivered - everyone was complimenting the house and the “work” I’d done to find it. The BEST PART for skiers/boarders is that you can call the mountaineer shuttle service to take you and your gear directly to the resort. We couldn’t have asked for more!
