• Pool table and putting green, free for guests
• Outdoor: private dock with seating, screened-in porch, a new outdoor grill and fireplace patio seating
• Towels and essentials stocked

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have the entire home, the private dock, the backyard and the putting green. Self check-in with a keypad. Driveway parking for 4 cars; ask us first if your group needs street parking.

LOCATION
• On Lake Eckles, with sunset views straight off the dock
• About 10 minutes to Downtown Tampa and Busch Gardens

GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM.
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests, including children. Day visitors must be pre-approved.
• Quiet neighborhood: no parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM.
• Children must be supervised near the lake and dock.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the premises. A $500 fine plus cleaning and damage costs applies.
• Pet friendly: one pet maximum, $150 pet fee.
• Exterior cameras cover the front driveway, front doorbell and backyard. No indoor cameras.
