Coffee - We love coffee, and know that it is an important part of your day! We offer the following coffee machines in the home:

• Cusinart Drip, Keurig Pods + Nespresso [original] pods.
  - We provide several types of Keurig pods and should be enough for multiple days.
  - We provide 10-12 Nespresso pods. You will need to order more if this is your preference.
  - If you prefer drip, please bring coffee and filters.
  [Note: there may be some coffee and/or filters left from previous guests].
• Breville Espresso Machine with steam wand.
  - You will need to bring your own espresso.
  - We do provide a grinder.
• We are now pet friendly! We love our Golden Doodle, Berkley, and she goes everywhere with us. We do charge a pet fee of $250/pet. Pet damage is the guest's responsibility, and we kindly ask that you don't allow your furry friends on the furniture or the linens/beds.

• Car Recommended – Free parking for 2–3 cars in gravel area
• Rideshare Friendly – Uber and Lyft are quick and easy
• Bike & Scooter Rentals – Available nearby for exploring SoCo and downtown
• Airport – Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is about 15 minutes away

• No pets, no parties/events (violations = immediate termination)

• Parking: gravel area for 2–3 cars (do not use left driveway)
