Home in Reeds, MO

This was easily one of the coolest and most memorable stays I’ve ever had. The Barn is absolutely incredible—beautifully restored, thoughtfully designed, and full of character. You can tell a tremendous amount of work and heart went into turning this old barn into something truly special. The exposed beams, high ceilings, loft bedroom, gorgeous kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, cozy living area, and all the rustic details make it feel both unique and comfortable. Everything was spotless, well stocked, and easy to settle into. The outdoor space takes it over the top: peaceful country views, a great patio, fire pit, hot tub under the lights, and some of the prettiest sunsets you could ask for. The renovation book was such a neat touch and made me appreciate the place even more. This is the kind of stay that feels like a true getaway, not just a place to sleep. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it.

It was a great experience staying at the Barn at Reed! Super awesome restoration of a barn complete with a book telling its story. Every detail was perfection from the barn to the hot tub, to the coffee and snacks and even handy items stocking the kitchen and bathrooms. There were special towels for the hot tub or to remove make-up, dishes and a few games, and tons of snacks in one of the coziest and coolest places you will find. Even your horses will feel spoiled out back!
