Events:

• Up to 24 people can be hosted by the guest.
• Low key events up to 30 people such as birthdays, dinners, and bridal showers are allowed with event fee. We just require our cleaning staff attend the end of the event to clean. This provides you with extra help and ensures our cleaners don't have a difficult clean at checkout. It's typically $200-$400 for our cleaning staff

Neighborhood Update:

As part of ongoing improvements in the area, nearby homes are completing a seawall project. You may notice heavy equipment on the beach during weekday daytime hours (no activity on weekends). This project is expected to be completed by March 1.

Additionally, the adjacent home is under construction, which may result in some weekday daytime noise. That project is anticipated to be completed by June 1.
