2. Our community is located in a somewhat remote area, ideal for those looking to escape the city and highways. A car is required to reach both the community and our property.

We provide essential items for 2–3 nights of stay. 🛎️ Need more supplies? Nearby stores include Ahart, CVS, Weis, Walmart, and ALDI. 🛒

🏡 COMMUNITY HOA FEES (mandatory, not included in booking price)
All Arrowhead Lake Community HOA fees must be paid separately online at least 1 day prior to arrival:

💳 Temporary Membership (children under 6 free)

• 🌞 In Season (from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends): $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week
• ❄️ Off Season: $2/person/day
  🚗 Gate Pass: $20/vehicle/stay
  📝 Administration Fee: $20/stay
  ⏰ HOA Late Fee: $100 (applies if registration or payment is completed less than 3 days before arrival)

❗ Fees are set by the community; we cannot waive or discount them.
🖊️ After booking, we provide an online form to submit guest names, number of children, and car info.
⏳ All fees must be paid at least 3 days before arrival to avoid the $100 late fee.
📌 If your booking is made less than 3 days before arrival, the $100 HOA late fee will be added on the community registration form we provide.
🚫 The community does not accept registrations, payments, or changes made less than 1 day prior to arrival.

  ⚠️ Temporary Membership is a mandatory community access fee, not an amenity fee. It must be paid whether amenities are open, available, or used. Pools are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Other amenities may close due to staffing, weather, or maintenance—please check availability.

🗑️ TRASH RULES
Remove all trash from the house upon departure to avoid attracting wildlife. Trash Center is in the community; address is in the Guidebook.

Arrowhead Lake community fees are mandatory in addition to booking costs.
For bookings made through the Vrbo/Expedia platform: If you need to cancel your reservation, a $99 cancellation fee applies.
