We had a wonderful time at Dan’s place. He’s a great host and the location is amazing. The beach is beautiful and peaceful even at the busiest of times. One night my wife and I got to go to the beach without the kids…were out there an hour an never saw another person, it was very romantic. Another day the Ft Lauderdale air show was going on and we were able to watch without having to deal with Ft lauderdale traffic. Easy 5 minute drive to great restaurants or the pier (which has a good well shaded playground for kids). It was really fantastic and we’ll be back.

Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Safe area. Quiet area despite lots of resorts around - and we were there on spring break. The grill and covered area in the back we utilized and really enjoyed these amenities. We loved that it was close enough to Ft. Lauderdale to access the bigger city but a slower paced, very peaceful area to use as a home base.

Nice place and an awesome host. That place was very clean, exceeded our expectations and had everything that we needed in the kitchen. They even left hand soap and dishwasher soap. Definitely, I will use it again when I’m in the area we love the fact that it was quite Neighbourhood, no noise, and it was literally across the street from the beach.
