Blue Spruce cottage is a cozy 576 square feet. It has its own fenced in backyard, but is behind a larger house on the same property. This is our primary residence most of the year and we kindly ask that you respect our belongings.
We have a security camera facing the front door to monitor traffic. It is outside and will be on during your stay.
If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking. We would need to hire an additional cleaner for $80.
We are now accepting dogs! There will be dog bowls, bathroom bags, and a leash provided for you during your stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee.
Please read the following rules for your furry friend:
-- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee."
-- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated.
-- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture.
-- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay.
Pet Fees:
-- One night stay is $75
-- 2-7 night stay is $150
-- 8+ nights is $250
-- If bringing two pets, we do require an additional $50 to the pet fee.
We provide keyless access and you will receive the code two days prior to your stay. Only one car is allowed as parking is limited.

This newly built one bedroom cottage has all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay near downtown. Appreciate the sight of Pike's Peak from the backyard while sipping a nice glass of wine at the outside fireplace. Enjoy the luxurious walk in shower, cook a meal on the high end range, and relax in front of the living room gaslit fireplace.
