• The exterior of the home & barn monitored by security cameras. As well as the closed off mechanical/storage room downstairs, as we have supplies for the rental and personal items in storage there.

• The Bou Cottage has its own yard, while private, we do have neighbors that are full time or seasonal residents. Feel free to explore our property, but please be conscious & respectful of other residents when outdoors.
