We supply towels and linens, basic toiletries, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, oil and spices. We also provide a few rolls of paper towels and toilet paper to get you started. Please plan accordingly for the length of your stay.

Considerations:
HVAC - This is a very large 8000 sqft home, built with concrete walls, think of it as castle. With the large spacious living area and large windows, the first floor is consistently 65 degrees Fahrenheit, because the hot air rises to the second and third floors, causing those spaces to become 80+ degrees. Some guests have commented that it's cold on the first floor, we have a gas fireplace in the game room and additional space heaters.
Hot Tub - The hot tub is basically outdoors in a 3-season room. In these frigid New England temperatures, it may take a couple days for it to get up to temperature after servicing the water.

Entire house, except storage closet.

Guest House may be rented during stay, unless other arrangements have been discussed.

You can message me anytime during your stay but I am primarily available between 7am-9pm.

We stock the home with an assortment of eco-conscientious cleaning products, so there's no need for you to purchase any for your stay. We have laundry detergent, dishwasher, multi-surface, antibacterial, swifter wet mops, and many other products for your convenience.

This home is professionally managed, please message us with specific questions and dates before making your reservation.

We had an outstanding stay at Roger’s property and could not have asked for a better experience. Roger was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating throughout the entire process, which made everything seamless and stress-free for our family. The home itself was excellent and extremely well thought out. We especially appreciated all the small details that made such a big difference — the pack and play, high chair, toiletries, condiments, and fully equipped kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home. This trip was particularly special for us because I was graduating from MIT, so having such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay made the experience even more memorable for my family and me. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-prepared home with a thoughtful and attentive host. Thank you again for helping make such an important milestone in our lives so special.

December 2025

My Family and I spent the Christmas holiday at Roger's home. His home was exactly as described! My 3 adult children loved the spaciousness of the house and all the amenities offered. Including a pool table room, jacuzzi and workout room. My wife and loved the kitchen/dining area. It was perfect for baking and cooking homemade meals. All the bedrooms were spacious if not outright BIG. Roger was an overall excellent host. If we had any questions, he was very quick to respond and was always helpful. Not only would my wife and I highly recommend spending time at Roger's place, we plan on coming back in May to host a family event there. It is an ideal place to do so.

July 2026

Roger upgraded us to this amazing Airbnb. It was huge and beautiful and we had an amazing time hanging out on the huge deck which was by far the main attraction of the house - we were able to have a BBQ and family time which I’m sure everyone will remember. The Airbnb also had all the appliances we needed or thought of and Roger was very responsive. 10/10.
