Four bathrooms serve the home, offering both convenience and a touch of luxury. Bedroom 3 includes a private ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub—an inviting spot to relax and recharge. The remaining bathrooms are easily accessible from the other bedrooms and common areas, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for everyone in your group.

Outdoor living is just as impressive as the interior spaces. The private heated pool offers a relaxing place to swim and unwind while overlooking the water, creating the perfect setting for both sunny afternoons and peaceful evenings. With direct access to Lake Hamilton, guests can take advantage of the private dock and boat ramp for effortless days on the water—whether that means boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the view. Spacious outdoor areas provide plenty of room to lounge, gather, and take in the beauty of the lakefront surroundings.

In extremely cold weather typically between December-February the pool heat will not be super efficient. Especially when temperatures go below 50 degrees
$95/day and must be heated for the duration of the stay.
Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.
*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***
Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.
We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.
