Seven bedrooms, a complimentary heated pool, and a full sport court set the tone for this Scottsdale estate — a quiet neighborhood retreat built for groups who want both space and substance, sleeping up to 23 guests.
This is a backyard built to be lived in, not just admired.
ARRIVAL & FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Set in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood, this single-level estate opens into a layout designed for groups who want room to spread out without losing the sense of togetherness. The open floor plan carries naturally from the entry through to the living and dining areas.
THE LIVING SPACES
The main living room centers around a 65" smart TV and a large plush sofa, with direct outdoor access that keeps the indoor and outdoor spaces working as one. The open concept connects easily to the kitchen and dining area, so the group never feels divided between rooms.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked and built for real use — high-end stainless appliances, a large island with seating, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers for however the morning starts. A wet bar nearby makes evening hosting just as easy.
THE SUITES
The home offers seven bedrooms sleeping up to 23 guests.
Bedroom 1: King bed, end-of-bed chair, ensuite bathroom with standalone soaking tub and walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: King bed, end-of-bed chair, ensuite bathroom with standalone soaking tub and walk-in shower
Bedroom 3: King bed, smart TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower nearby
Bedroom 4: King bed, end-of-bed chair, full bathroom with walk-in shower nearby
Bedroom 5: Twin-over-queen bunk bed, smart TV, arcade games
Bedroom 6: Two queen beds, dedicated workspace, smart TV
Bedroom 7: Two custom full-over-full bunk beds, climbing wall, pool table, shuffleboard
Two of the seven bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms with standalone soaking tubs — a detail that sets this property apart at this scale.
ENTERTAINMENT
Bedroom 7 doubles as a dedicated kids' and games suite — a climbing wall, pool table, and shuffleboard built directly into the room. Arcade games and board games are tucked throughout the home for whenever the group wants something low-key.
YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS
The backyard is the property's defining feature — a heated pool and full sport court for pickleball, basketball, and volleyball, framed by a hot tub, fire pit, and an outdoor patio with dining and BBQ. Putt-putt, backyard bowling, shuffleboard, cornhole, giant Jenga, and Connect 4 round out a yard with genuine range, and hammocks offer a quieter corner for anyone who wants to slow down.
THE SURROUNDING AREA
The McDowell Sonoran Preserve offers exceptional trail access for hiking and biking just minutes away, and Kierland Commons is a short drive for shopping and dining. Etta and Dominick's Steakhouse are strong choices for the group's nicer dinner out, while Diego Pops covers a more casual night in Old Town.
