🦅 THE EAGLES NEST

Tucked among the trees, Eagles Nest has the intimate feel of a classic Idaho cabin combined with some very unexpected amenities. The two bedroom luxury cabin and furnishings ensure a comfortable stay inside the home, which includes a screened-in patio with fireplace, poker table and relaxing furniture ready to be used year round.

EAGLES LAKE — OUR NATURAL SWIMMING POND

Jump in the pond, relax beside the water on the deck lounge chairs or simply enjoy the peaceful nature setting. Outdoor Sonos lets you listen to your favorite soundtrack while you spend the afternoon by the pond.

At the Lake sits one of our favorite pieces of the property—our vintage 1952 Rod & Reel travel trailer. Take a step back in time with a nostalgic little escape overlooking the water furnished inside with authentic decorations and memorabilia from the 50's. Surrounded by decks framing the pond, enjoy the cozy retreat as you take a nap, read a book or just hang out in this special feature.

THE EAGLES LAIR

Step inside our mirrored geodesic dome hidden among the trees to be in your own little bubble detached from the rest of the world.

Stretch out on the couch or Lovesac, turn on the Sonos, light a fire on those cold evenints and enjoy a completely different kind of hangout space. At night, the dome and surrounding woods create a magical atmosphere for stargazing, telling stories and having drinks together in a one of a kind location.

FEATHERED HOLLOW - YOUR OWN PRIVATE BIRD SANCTUARY

Love to bird watch or just listen to the sounds of nature surrounding you? Down the wooded trails behind Eagles Lake you will find a one-of-a-kind location dedicated to the birds who inhabit the property. With over 60 bird houses high in the pine trees, a canoe turned into a bird bath and a large seating area, you can feed the birds and watch as they flit and float around you. Add some seed to the many feeders and watch as they come out to play right before your eyes.

SCREENED PATIO LIVING SPACE

The 900 square foot screened patio is made for long evenings together, with comfortable seating, a poker table and fireplace to keep you warm on those colder winter evenings. And when the day winds down, slip into the private hot tub right off the back patio deck and enjoy the quiet of the wind rustling through the surrounding woods.

EAGLES MEADOW

A large grassy area gives everyone room for lawn games, outdoor fun or simply relaxing in the Idaho sunshine.

🦶 SASQUATCH LODGE

Sasquatch Lodge is the larger home on The Estate and serves as a fantastic central gathering place.

Inside you’ll find five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to gather.

Coffee lovers will appreciate the Breville Barista Pro, while Sonos throughout the home makes it easy to set the mood for your stay.

But the real fun starts when you explore the rest of the property.

Yes, that giant glass-sided shipping container really is a swimming pool.

Our heated Modpool is one of the signature features of The Estate, surrounded by its own deck and pergola.

Two homes. One incredible private retreat.

• OCCUPANCY: The estate accommodates a maximum of 15 guests across both homes. The vintage trailer is a daytime hangout, not an additional bedroom. The domes and lounge sofas do not increase the advertised guest capacity. Please discuss any additional visitors with us before arrival.

• POOL HEATING: Modpool heating up to 90°F is available for an additional $50 per day. Please request it before your stay so our team can coordinate preparation.

• FIREWOOD & SOAKING TUB: Firewood is provided for both dome stoves and the wood-fired soaking tub. The tub takes time to heat, so plan ahead and follow the supplied instructions. Firewood for the large outdoor firepits is available for $50 upon request.

• CHILD SUPERVISION: Children must be actively supervised around the pool, pond, hot tub, spa equipment, fire features, trails and stairs. Follow all equipment instructions and never leave fires unattended.

• FITNESS EQUIPMENT: Some connected gym equipment requires your own account or subscription to access classes and features.

• WOODLAND SETTING: Wildlife may pass through the property. Observe animals from a safe distance and use birdseed only in designated feeding areas.

• PROPERTY RULES: No pets, smoking, parties or events. Please respect neighboring properties and keep outdoor sound considerate.

• ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Check-in is after 4 PM; checkout is by 10 AM.
