LUXURY DESIGNED FOR TOGETHERNESS

Picture the whole family under one roof — grandparents, parents, and kids — with plenty of room for everyone and something for every age. The Gathering Place is a brand-new luxury lakefront home on Lake Anna, thoughtfully designed for large and multi-generational groups, sleeping up to 24 across six en-suite suites (each with its own private bath, so mornings run smoothly). By day, the little ones dig at the water's edge and paddle the kayaks, the teens claim the game room and theater, and the grown-ups linger over coffee on the deck — watching the resident blue herons hunt for their breakfast along the shore — or take the paddleboards out on the water. Then comes the best part: as the sky turns gold and the boats come in, everyone drifts toward the fire pit, a record spins from the collection while dinner comes together, and the whole group finally slows down in the same place at the same time. Whether it's a reunion, a retreat, or a holiday together, this is the home where the moments you'll be reliving long after you've packed up are made.

And the location keeps it easy: set in the new community of Sunset Pointe, you're just minutes from the only grocery store on Lake Anna, Cutalong golf course, and the Lake Anna Boardwalk — where Moo Thru ice cream, mini golf, and several of the lake's most popular restaurants are all a short drive away. Six spacious king-and-bunk suites each have their own private en-suite bathroom, so every family and couple enjoys real comfort and privacy. Whether it's a reunion, retreat, celebration, or holiday gathering, this is a home built to make every moment together memorable.
