Poorly managed and maintained Positive: The beds were very comfy! There is a grocery store within a 5-10 min walk. AC work great. Decent amount of hot water. Close to public transit. Negative: The access code didn't work for a few hours, property manager took a while to respond then said we weren't entering the code properly, 3 of us tried it on the gate and the door and it didn't work. Internet was disconnected for the first 2-3 days, the property said to connect to the other wifi, there was none. I fought with them to get it turned on. No hand soap in the kitchen (they had a bottle of hand sanitizer only), broken glass on the counter upon arrival, fire alarm removed, water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced, coffee table super wobbly, minimal kitchen supplies such as very few glasses / mugs, pots and pans. And they added water to the hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms, I'm guessing they ran out? They have you sign a temporary lease agreement and will charge for any damages so I spent about 1-2 hours taking photos and videos after check in so I would be charged for what was already damaged like art pulled off the walls and stains on most surfaces. For how poorly the unit swas maintained I'm shocked they had us sign an agreement. The rental for 3 ppl at 6 days was $3400. For me thats pricey and I do expect things like hand soap and internet. I would not stay here again or rent from this property manager. Now I've stayed in similar situations for 1/3 the cost and I didn't have complaints because this is the level if maintenance is what I expect at that price point; but for this price I struggle to give the property 3/10.

Located in an ideal location close to Chinatown and public transit in a quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive and the place was just like the photos. There were a few things that weren’t ideal. The front gate lock wouldn’t open and we had to reach over it to open it from the other side, one of the windows had a broken lever so we couldn’t fully shut it and it would get really cold at night, and the wifi stopped working the last night we were there. But overall, its a good deal for the price, Id recommend it for short weekend trips.

Take times to get verified. The dryer contained bed linens, so we had to place them on the sofa. Other than that, elsewhere was clean and consistent with the description.

Willis Tower

I appreciate your question, but I need to clarify that the search results provided focus on general principles of writing descriptions and event descriptions—they don't contain specific information about Willis Tower or its attractions that would allow me to write an accurate, engaging description for you. To create a compelling 1-2 sentence description of a Willis Tower activity, I would need details about: - Which specific activity or experience at Willis Tower you're describing (e.g., the Skydeck observation deck, a tour, a dining experience) - What makes that particular activity unique or noteworthy - Who the target audience is If you can provide those details, I'd be happy to craft an engaging description following the principles outlined in the search results—such as highlighting the "why" upfront, using vivid language, and keeping it concise and natural.
