THE SPACE. A spacious living room wraps around a 95" TV and fireplace — movie nights become events. The large kitchen and dining area handle real group cooking, four queen/king bedrooms sleep everyone comfortably, and the sunroom lounge adds a queen sofa bed plus game space. The primary suite earns its name: king bed, 55" TV, and a spa-style rainfall shower. Then there's the converted garage — now a private gym with rower, spin bike, and weights, so the training block survives the vacation.

WELLNESS HERE. Morning workout in the home gym, laps and cannonballs in the heated pool, an evening soak in the hot tub, yoga mats and red light therapy for recovery — the rare rental where an entire wellness routine fits inside the property line.

• The City of Goleta enforces a STRICT noise ordinance from 9:00 PM–8:00 AM. During these hours, pool use is prohibited, outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum, and no outdoor music is permitted.
• Ping pong hours and usage rules are posted in the garage.
• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking is allowed.
• All guests and visitors are expected to be respectful neighbors and follow house rules to help maintain a peaceful community and allow us to continue hosting.
