You’re about a mile from Pebble Beach, Black Point Beach, and the Bluff Trail, with The Sea Ranch Lodge roughly two miles away, Stewarts Point about four miles, and Gualala about eight miles—all an easy, scenic drive.

December through April is whale season. You may spot gray whales breaching right from the bluff trail nearby. Wildflower season (April-June) transforms the coastal bluffs into a tapestry of color -- worth an extra walk on the trails. Summer offers long days and warm afternoons, though the iconic Sonoma Coast fog often rolls in at sunrise and clears by noon.
