Master Bedroom: King Size bed, Smart TV, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with full bath. 2 twin memory foam roll away beds are available to use as well.

Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed and walk in closet. Smart TV. Pack n' play available in closet if needed for the little ones.

Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Smart TV and dresser.

Living Room: All brand new modern furnishings, 65” 4K Smart HDTV streaming ready.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation. Blender, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery and cooking utensils. There are dishes, cups, bowls, glasses and flatware settings for 8+. Stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Or, enjoy the beautiful patios and use the brand new BBQ outside!

Laundry Room: Washer & dryer available for your use

Outside: The front courtyard features a beautiful pool with lush landscaping, overlooking the sweeping mountain views. The middle courtyard is perfect for dining al fresco with a patio table and a brand new stainless steel BBQ. The backyard is private and quiet and can be accessed directly from the master suite. Enjoy coffee or a glass of wine around the fire pit. There is also a 2 car garage for your own use.

Other Amenities: This home has central air conditioning, heating, a digital Nest thermostat, washer and dryer, free high-speed wireless and of course all linens and pool towels.

La Quinta Cove is next to the scenic Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort. Also adjacent is charming Old Town with restaurants, a wine bar, and brewery, plus movie theaters. Replenish provisions at nearby shops, and at weekend farmers' markets.

DISCLOSURES:
The property has one security camera on the front of the garage to monitor the driveway and street of the property for your security and ours. It is not meant to invade your privacy, and the camera does not pick up any footage from the pool area, front yard, inside or back of house.

Guests have access the the entire house and all yards. The only part of the house locked off is one pantry for owner's storage.

We have a very responsive, local, property management/concierge team that will be available to you during your stay. They will coordinate your check in and check out and will be available to you throughout your stay.

*IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: While we do everything we can in our power to prevent bugs on the property and in the pool, our home is in a natural desert habitat and is subject to bugs that are not always avoidable. For example, in the Fall of 2017, the entire Coachella Valley had an issue with boatman bugs in the pool and our home was a victim of this as well. They are small, non-biting, gnat-type bugs that can be found in the pool. We have a pool cleaner thoroughly clean our pool 2x a week and maintain appropriate chemical levels to avoid them. We also have a monthly pest control company that maintains our entire property. However, we cannot be held responsible for natural causes and we do everything in our power to maintain the pool to the upmost degree, but there is still a chance that small bugs may be present.
