Private home located in a private little development with only 2 other homes. You are app. 5 minutes to downtown Black Mountain, 20 minutes to downtown Asheville, and are app. 35 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport. Home is accessed via only paved and fully maintained roads, right up to the development, then the roads are gravel. (All-Wheel or 4-Wheel drive suggested in the Winter or during inclement weather.)

There are 4 outside porches, decks, and patios, including the rocking chair porch for ultimate outdoor relaxation.

While at The High Life, everyone enjoys all that the home has to offer; from the multiple gathering spaces, the garage Game Room, and of course the spectacular decks, where you can pull up a chair and take in the "sound of silence", observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fire flies come out to play in your backyard.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
