The Meridian at Oceanside Residences

Welcome to The Meridian at Oceanside Residences, a peaceful island retreat in the heart of downtown Islamorada. This spacious townhome is within an easy walk or drive of Islamorada's best cafés, restaurants, galleries, boutiques, and marinas.
Inside the home, the light-filled main living area is framed by large sliding glass doors that open to the private outdoor space. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need during your stay. Smart TVs are located throughout the home, and Sonos speakers make it easy to enjoy music throughout the property. Outside, enjoy your own private heated and chilled pool and BBQ grill.
The home features four private ensuite bedrooms. A king guest suite is located on the main level, along with a separate half bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find the primary king suite, a queen suite, and an additional suite with two twin beds. A washer and dryer are also located on this level.
The spacious upper balcony is accessible from both the primary suite and the main hallway and offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views.
Guests also have access to two paddle boards and the community's long oceanside observation dock. (The dock is for observation only; no dockage is available.)
Please note that the two oceanfront units within the community are currently undergoing final interior construction. The work is not expected to interfere with the enjoyment of this townhome.
During the summer months, sargassum seaweed is a natural part of the Florida Keys' ocean ecosystem and may regularly wash up along the shoreline. It plays an important role in supporting marine life, but at times, it can produce an odor or cover parts of the beach with each tide. We want our guests to be aware of this seasonal occurrence and kindly note that Solace Properties is not responsible for the presence or removal of seaweed during your stay.
