• Shuttle Service / Ski On Ski Off: Our private shuttle runs three trips in the morning from the house to the lifts and two trips in the afternoon from the lifts back to the house during ski days, starting with Christmas Week reservations. Guests can also ski back home via the Highridge Trail by taking the right-side trail from Snowshed, eliminating the need for the shuttle on the return trip.
• Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
• Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Overoccupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
• Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
• Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
• Check-In/Out: Smart lock door codes will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out. While we offer some flexibility with check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings, guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
• Smoking Policy: The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
• Cameras: For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required for this property. Please reach out if you have questions.
• Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
• Parties/Events: Parties and events are allowed with event fee. Please contact us in advance.
• Pets: This property is pet friendly with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee per dog.
• Winter Weather: Winter weather can be unpredictable. We do not offer refunds due to weather or ski trail conditions and recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are strongly recommended.
• Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
