Hosted by Coastal Stay, welcome to CitySide Lofts – The Nest, a thoughtfully designed second-floor retreat blending comfort, convenience, and modern city charm. Perfect for couples, families, small groups, or extended stays, this cozy urban escape comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a king suite, queen bedroom, and double sleeper sofa.
We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and “retired” towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the unit.

Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
This is a second-floor unit with stair access only—there is no elevator in the building.

The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed with a smart TV and a dresser for clothing storage! Creating a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring Traverse City.
In the living room, the double sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations for extra guests.

The condo includes two full bathrooms.
The primary bathroom is attached to the king bedroom as a private en-suite and includes a shower/tub combo. The second full bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area and features a walk-in shower.
Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The open living area is designed to feel warm, inviting, and perfect for relaxing after a day downtown. Enjoy entertainment at your fingertips with our smart TVs, equipped with streaming capabilities—simply log in with your personal credentials to access your favorite shows and movies for a cozy, home-like experience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, and essential cooking supplies, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. A few starter coffee supplies are included to help you settle in and start your vacation right.

The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies for your convenience.
A Pack ’n Play and high chair are also available in the unit for guest use, making the space family-friendly and convenient for travelers with little ones.

Guests have access to the shared rooftop patio, a perfect spot to enjoy slow mornings with coffee or unwind in the evening after exploring downtown Traverse City. The rooftop includes outdoor seating and is shared among guests staying within the building.

Please note: Street noise may be present as the building is located on a main road—perfect for walkability, but not completely silent.
☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
One designated parking space is provided in the private lot, labeled 7. Please park only in this assigned spot to avoid the risk of towing.
If you have more than one vehicle, street parking is available on State Street during the summer—be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with “No Parking.” Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months.
You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City), located less than one mile from the property.
Local Tips: Walk to beaches, restaurants, or rent bikes nearby. Civic Center Park, the Old Mission Wine Trail, and Bryant Beach are all within easy reach.
Free Traverse City Bata Bus along downtown, West Bay, and East Bay has a stop right across the street from the building, take advantage of our free public transportation!

This condo is located on the 2nd floor, and the building does not have an elevator — access is by stairs only. We also manage other condos within the building on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so if you’re booking for a group or would like help finding the best fit, feel free to reach out!
☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.
