Each home has its own character—from the soaring windows of the A-Frame to the cozy comfort of Hilltop—but together they create the perfect setup for family reunions, retreats, or multi-family vacations. Best of all, the three homes sit right next to each other on Ficker Circle, making it easy for your group to move between spaces while still enjoying privacy.

Enjoy a large gathering yard complete with a picnic table, playhouse, and spacious fire pit area—perfect for evenings under the stars. Across the three homes, guests will find two decks, three patios, two grills, three picnic tables, and plenty of additional outdoor seating for dining or relaxing. Each house also features its own fire pit, picnic table, and fully equipped kitchen, along with one private hot tub available for group use.

Garden Nest guests may also use the A-Frame guest parking area. The A-Frame circular driveway can fit larger vehicles and trailers; drive slowly to avoid ruts. Timer and solar lighting help with nighttime visibility.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
