At The Pinehill Lodge, the vaulted main floor gathers everyone beneath tall picture windows and around a wood-burning fireplace, while the covered wraparound deck, private hot tub and nearby fire pit carry the evening outside. The 3-bedroom cabin sleeps 8 across 3 levels, with 2 king bedrooms and a full-over-full bunk room giving the group room to spread out. Spend the day around Duck Creek's lakes and trails, or trade the mountain pines for the hoodoos of Bryce and sandstone cliffs of Zion.
๐ฒ Main Floor
Tall picture windows rise beneath the vaulted wood ceiling and keep the surrounding pines in view from the cabin's main gathering space. A stone fireplace anchors the room, bringing the warmth and crackle of a real wood fire to slow mornings and evenings together. Two couches give the group room to settle in, watch a movie or reconnect after a day outside.
The kitchen and dining area share the main floor with the living room, keeping meal prep and conversation in the same space. Beside the windows, the dining table gives the group an easy place to gather over breakfast before heading out or dinner after a day on the mountain.
A shared half bathroom serves the main floor. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for longer stays, and fast Wi-Fi supports streaming or anyone who needs to check in with work.
๐๏ธ Upstairs Primary Suite
Upstairs, the primary suite gives guests a quieter retreat above the main gathering spaces. Large windows bring the pines into the room around the king bed, while a separate seating area gives guests space to unwind at the end of the day.
A desk and chair provide a dedicated workspace. The private full bathroom pairs a jetted tub with a separate shower, giving guests upstairs their own place to get ready or relax.
๐ Downstairs Bedrooms
Downstairs gives part of the group a comfortable place to settle in away from the main-floor gathering spaces. Another king bedroom gives a couple a room of their own, while the full-over-full bunk room creates a separate place for kids or friends to wind down.
A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves both bedrooms, so guests on this level have everything they need close by. Interior stairs lead back to the kitchen and shared spaces above.
๐ฒ Outdoor Living + Hot Tub
The large covered deck wraps around the cabin, creating a sheltered outdoor gathering space close to the kitchen and living room. Bring coffee outside in the morning, cook dinner on the propane grill or stay beneath the cover as rain moves through the pines.
The private hot tub sits beneath the covered lower deck, giving the group a protected place to soak after hiking, skiing, riding or exploring the parks. After dinner, move from the deck to the separate wood-burning fire pit for another place to gather beneath the pines.
โก Whole-Home Backup Power
Power outages can happen in Duck Creek. The Generac whole-home generator provides backup power during neighborhood electrical outages, adding valuable peace of mind during a mountain stay.
๐ฅพ Explore Southern Utah
Mountain mornings here can stay close to Duck Creek's lakes and forest trails or stretch into a full-day drive through Bryce's hoodoos and Zion's sandstone canyons. Cedar Breaks and Brian Head offer another change of scenery, with alpine overlooks and mountain trails above the village.
๐ Guest Access
Guests have access to the cabin, private hot tub, wraparound deck, fire pit area and outdoor spaces.
The usual main entrance requires exterior stairs. For guests who cannot use those stairs, a separate year-round smart-lock route through the attached garage provides access to the house without exterior steps. Guests may use the attached garage for storage, but not for parking. The detached garage and locked storage areas are not available to guests.
