• By Request: Pool heating at Sapphire Point is available only when requested.
• Notice Requirement: Guests must give a 48-hour notice for pool heating requests.
• Short Notice Fee: Requests under 48 hours are not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional $50 fee.
• Maximum Temperature: The highest heat setting for the pool is 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Heating Rate: The cost for pool heating is $95 per day.
• Duration of Heating: Pool heating must be maintained throughout the entire duration of the stay.

Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.

Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.
