Mid to Long-Term Stay Requirements
This property requires a minimum stay of 30+ consecutive nights.
All reservations are subject to the following requirements:
• If stay is 90+ nights, a separate long-term rental agreement must be reviewed and signed before the reservation is finalized.
• A security deposit may be required.
• A professional mid-stay or monthly cleaning is required every 28 days. Cleanings will be scheduled in advance and charged separately.
• Monthly property inspections will be conducted with at least 24 hours' notice
• Early departure does not qualify for a refund. Long-term cancellation and reservation-change policies apply and will be detailed in the rental agreement.
• Included utilities and any applicable usage terms will be specified in the rental agreement.
• The reserving guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the entire stay.
• All required fees, payment schedules, and long-term rental terms will be provided for review before the reservation is confirmed.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. We're happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can't be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

Quiet Policy
This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

Payments
If booked more than 14 days before arrival, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. If booked 14 days or fewer before arrival, full payment is due at booking.

Military Discount
We proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty military members and veterans. Proper documentation is required. Reach out to our Guest Experience Team for details.

Last-Minute Bookings
For reservations made within 5 days of arrival, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
This includes:

• A clear photo of a government-issued ID
• A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name)
• A photo showing the last 4 digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name
  Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
