Located in the peaceful woods of Dingmans Ferry, this home sits just minutes from the Delaware State forest known for its waterfalls, hiking trails, and scenic overlooks. The neighborhood is quiet, private, and surrounded by nature—perfect for travelers looking to unplug and enjoy the outdoors. Guests are close to Dingmans Falls, Raymondskill Falls, fishing spots, lakes, and charming Milford for restaurants and shops.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Scenic drives connect you to waterfalls, trailheads, and the charming town of Milford within minutes. Roads are smooth and peaceful, offering an easy, elevated travel experience through the Delaware State Forest

Minimum Age Rental = 21 years old

✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

• Late check out fee will apply if cleaners are awaiting to get inside the property to clean for the next guests coming in.

WILDLIFE
Please note: As our home is nestled in the Poconos, it’s possible to see or hear local wildlife such as mice, chipmunks, bugs, spiders, squirrels, deer, raccoons, or even the occasional bear. We do our best to prevent indoor visits with routine pest control, but nature is all around here!

HOUSE SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. We do not supply mid-stay if starter pack runs out. Please plan accordingly to purchase some of your own items.

Coffee: Please bring your preferred coffee. With an espresso machine, drip coffee maker, French Press, and Keurig available, guests can make coffee their way—this variety makes it difficult for us to supply enough for all options.

Streaming service logins are not provided, please feel free to use your personal login for these devices.

🌨️ WINTER REMINDER
We recommend 4-wheel drive during winter months.
Salt and a shovel are provided at the property for emergencies. Please note, snow plowing is handled by the community township and their schedule is not controlled by us and we are unable to arrange plowing at specific times to accommodate check in or check out. Please plan accordingly to ensure safety while driving to and from our property. To the access the home you have to drive through a narrow winding unpaved road to get to the property.

Water Pressure/Temperature

Please note: Like many homes in the Poconos, water pressure or temperature may occasionally fluctuate during periods of high water use. This typically resolves within 45 minutes to an hour. To avoid interruptions, we recommend spacing out showers and avoiding simultaneous use of the dishwasher or laundry machines.
