• For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance. It is used only to monitor arrivals and help keep the home safe, and your privacy is always respected.

• No parties allowed. All visitors must be listed on the reservation and by name on the rental contract. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property without prior approval.

• Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM and are strictly enforced so neighbors can enjoy their homes peacefully.

• Full acceptance of the landlord’s rental contract is required within three days after booking is accepted.

• Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. These times help give our team enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for the next guests. If you need earlier check-in or later check-out, the best way to secure extra time is by booking an additional night before arrival or after departure, depending on availability.

• The garage is not available for guest use. Please park in the driveway or designated spaces.
