A stone archway entry, a hidden grotto, and sweeping mountain views set the tone at this Sedona retreat — four bedrooms across two thoughtfully separated levels, sleeping up to 14 guests.
The grotto alone is worth the trip.
ARRIVAL & FIRST IMPRESSIONS
A stone archway entry sets a distinct tone from the first step inside, and the two-story layout offers genuine separation between upper and lower levels for groups who want both togetherness and privacy. Expansive windows throughout frame the surrounding mountain views from nearly every room.
THE LIVING SPACES
The main living room pairs rustic details with comfort — leathered chairs, a plush sofa, and a hanging egg chair, all opening directly onto the balcony. The open concept connects naturally to the kitchen and dining area, with the mountain views as a constant backdrop.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked and built for real cooking — high-end stainless appliances, a large island with bar seating, and modernized hanging lights over a space that takes in the same mountain views as the living room. Ample cabinetry makes it easy to cook for the full group.
THE SUITES
The home offers four bedrooms across two levels, sleeping up to 14 guests.
Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): King bed, end-of-bed chair, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King bed, private balcony, private ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen bed, stone archway, plush lounging area
Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Two twin trundle beds, foosball table
Bedroom 5 (Lower Level): Two twin trundle beds, queen-over-queen bunk bed, dedicated workspace
Both upper-level bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms, with Bedroom 2's private balcony offering its own quiet vantage point on the surrounding views. Note that Bedrooms 3 and 4 share an open walkway rather than a closed door between them — worth knowing ahead of arrival.
ENTERTAINMENT
The lower-level game room offers air hockey, shuffleboard, and a high-seating table, with a foosball table built directly into Bedroom 4 for an easy extension of the fun.
YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS
The outdoor space centers around a hot tub and fire pit, framed by the same mountain views found throughout the home. A hidden grotto gives the property a genuinely distinct character, and the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area make for easy evenings outside.
THE SURROUNDING AREA
Sedona's red rock hiking and biking trails are minutes away, along with the area's well-known vortex sites and sunrise viewpoints. Downtown Sedona's restaurants, cafés, and shops are a short drive for an evening out.
