This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home spans approximately 1,237 square feet and is arranged to feel both spacious and functional. The primary bedroom features an Olympic Queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a Queen, creating a flexible setup for families or friends.
The open living area connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to transition from relaxed mornings to evening gatherings. An in-unit washer and dryer add practicality for extended stays.
Inside, the residence blends comfort with entertainment. Multiple televisions, cable service, a built-in sound system, and reliable high-speed WiFi ensure everything you need is within reach. Bathrooms are prepared with high-quality toiletries and hospitality-level finishes, reflecting the refined environment associated with The Setai.

Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping, and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• The Setai Hotel charges a daily resort fee of $285 (plus tax) per day. This will be paid directly to the Setai upon check-in. For all stays 30 nights or longer, the amount per night is $115 (plus tax).
• The Setai Hotel requires a valid credit card to be placed on file upon arrival. Check in will not be allowed until it is provided. The hotel has a mandatory $300 per day authorization for incidentals that will be authorized to the card provided.
• One complimentary parking spot is available at the valet.
• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
