Floor-to-ceiling glass frames uninterrupted Atlantic views, while the city skyline unfolds in the distance, a striking contrast between calm horizon and urban architecture.
Spanning approximately 2,521 square feet, this three-bedroom home is notably generous in scale. Two private balconies expand the living space outward, creating multiple vantage points for morning light and evening air. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully varied: a king suite anchors the layout, a queen bedroom offers classic comfort, and a Murphy bed provides flexible functionality without sacrificing space. Three full bathrooms allow each guest privacy and ease.
The interior layout is open yet defined, with a full kitchen positioned to serve both casual meals and private dining experiences. A washer and dryer are integrated into the home for everyday convenience. Multiple smart televisions, a built-in sound system, cable programming, and high-speed wireless internet support both entertainment and remote connectivity. Bathrooms include carefully selected toiletries and polished finishes consistent with The Setai’s understated luxury.
Beyond the private living space, the property provides access to three temperature-controlled pools set within landscaped surroundings, direct beach service along pristine sand, the Valmont Spa, a fitness center, in-room dining options, and valet accommodations.
Personalized arrangements whether for a private chef, yacht charter, curated tours, or priority reservations can be coordinated to shape the stay according to individual preferences.
