We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this stylish and beautifully designed home! The decor has just the right amount of Kentucky-inspired accents, giving the space a fun, local feel while still being modern and comfortable.The house was perfect for our group of five women celebrating and spending quality time together. The large king-size beds were incredibly comfortable, and having two nicely sized bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. We also loved having two parking spots, which was very convenient.There are so many great spaces to enjoy together—the deck, hot tub, fire pit, bar, and gaming area made this the perfect home for a celebration and for simply relaxing and enjoying each other’s company. The layout really gave us plenty of room to gather without ever feeling crowded.Our host, Jay, was excellent! He communicated well in advance, was responsive throughout our stay, and if anything needed attention or fixing, it was taken care of right away. That level of communication and care made our stay even more enjoyable.The location was another huge plus. The house is centrally located, making it easy to get downtown and explore some of Louisville’s hip and vibrant areas.For our first time visiting Louisville, this was a comfortable, stylish, and fantastic place to stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great home for a girls’ trip, celebration, or getaway.Thank you, Jay, for a wonderful stay!

This home was right in the center of things. Easily walkable to great restaurants and cool shops. Convenient for visiting Cave Hill Cemetery and other sights in town. Bedrooms were super comfy with wonderful beds and cool sleeping even during the heat advisory. We liked sitting on the shady front porch. Parking was solid front and back.

Home is a refurbished older historic home among other shotgun older historic homes. Plenty of parking out front and room for three vehicles in alley. The backyard is a full deck with nice Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, patio lights, a nice bar with grill. Cornhole board was nice addition. The back yard deck felt safe for our grandchildren to run around. It was perfect for our entire family to stay while our daughter delivered her baby at University of Louisville Hospital. Just walking distance from several restaurants and bars. Beds comfortable. Furniture nice.
